How and when can I reach Customer Service?
Our Customer Service Department is available to respond to emails and telephone calls Monday through Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm EST and Saturday 10:00am- 5:00pm EST. Customer Service is closed on Sunday. Can I cancel or change my website order? Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

Where can orders be shipped to?
Every state in the continental United States.

Does Dalana Bell Designs charge for shipping?
We strive to offer our products for the lowest prices reasonably possible ALL orders over $75.00 will ship for FREE except for ALASKA and Hawaii. We also try to keep shipping costs as low as possible on ALL orders that do not QUALIFY for FREE SHIPPING. We do not profit from shipping costs and the amounts charged for shipping are fair, competitive amounts charged by the shippers we carefully select based on dependability and cost efficiency. For an estimated delivery cost, please use our Zip Code verifier to determine your delivery zone-based cost. (WE ONLY SHIP IN THE UNITED STATES)

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will need to have your order number ready when you call Customer Service or include it when you email or call Customer Service.

What are my shipping options?
We offer 2-day shipping for extra cost. We DO NOT offer overnight currently.

Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?
Yes. After your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail at the email address listed in your membership account. The order confirmation will include the items you have purchased, your monies paid, expected delivery date, shipping and billing addresses and a confirmation number.

What if my item is delivered damaged?
See Return Policy located in the Terms and Conditions Section of this website.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Only residents of Florida and Texas will be charged sales tax. However, you may have tax obligations (i.e., sales or use tax) in your own state for Internet purchases that are your sole responsibility to comply.

Membership Account Questions

How do I create a membership account on the website?
To create a membership account with us, you must register and enter your basic membership account information using the e-form on our homepage. We will need your First Name, Last name, email, and a User ID that you select, and a Password that you enter. Once we have this information, you are a registered member and we will confirm that with an e-mail to the email address you provide in creating your account. If you need help creating an account or during the registration process, please contact Customer Service.

The next time that you access the website, to log on please use the User Id and Password that you used during the membership account registration process.

How can I get my membership account password?
If you forget your User Id or Password, you can set new ones by following the directions provided on the membership account logon page.

How do I get on/off your mailing and/or emailing list?
By opting out of marketing/advertising emailing and mailing from us as provided on the website. However, to maintain your membership account with and use our website you must receive emails and other communications from us related thereto.

No, we do not offer any type of financing.

Shipping and Returns

Where Do You Ship To?

Dalana Bell Designs ships to contiguous United States.

Credit Cards are charged at the time of purchase.

Every effort is made to completely and accurately describe each item per manufacture specifications. Sizes are also included so that the customer can verify measurements before placing the order.

Shipping Your Online Order

Once order is received and processed we will ship immediately. We are not responsible for out of stock or shipping delays as these are beyond our control. Once we notify you via email of an out of stock item (back-order), you will need to reply back to the email with instructions to either; keep the item on order, refund the item or substitute for a different item. All back-orders will be shipped unless canceled in writing. Items that take longer to ship than previously stated will have shipping time frames listed on the item description.

General Returns

Return requests – read carefully. You must be in compliance with these guidelines in order to request a return. Defective or damaged goods policy outlined separately.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN
All items described as “not eligible for return or exchange”, “no returns”, custom order items, personalized items, final sale items, holiday, boutique jewelry, and any other items specified on the description as such are not eligible for refund or return. This will be disclosed on the item description.

Dalana Bella Designs will attempt to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with any of our products eligible for return. You have 7 days after your order is placed to return any eligible items. After 7 days in customer’s possession, no returns will be authorized for any reason.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT ONLY

Damage / Shortage Policy

We strongly recommend that you open and inspect every package immediately upon delivery. Failing to take this precautionary step may cause unnecessary delays or even negate our ability to assist you should an item be damaged. If you do not inspect each package, Dalana Bell Designs cannot be held responsible for any claims you make regarding damaged items. Failure to comply with the terms of this policy shall result in a waiver of all responsibility on the part of Delana Bell Designs.

Claims against damaged items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted. For all damages call 772-621-0202. If you reach voice mail, leave a detailed message with the time you called, your name, item damaged and description and a phone number where you can be reached. Follow up with an email toinfo@dalanabelldesign.com and attach photos. Keep all original packaging. Outbound and return shipping costs on damaged items will be covered by the manufacturer.
